This chunky ring has been made from sections of coloured pencils which have been rejected from an Indian crayon factory. It can also function as a scarf ring if the scarf is of fine silk. The crayons are supplied to the craft workers in a variety of colours, so colours in the ring may not be exactly as illustrated.
The rings are made by artisans who work for Aspiration, a fair trade organisation in Delhi which promotes and develops small groups of craft workers throughout India, ensuring fair wages and social welfare.
