This dark chocolate bar is full of flavour and texture. The natural sweet and fruity notes in the Madagascan cocoa contrast with the tartness of pomegranate and the crunch of almond.
The cacao and the Bourbon vanilla are from Komam and Cooppvm in Madagascar and the cane sugar is from Asocace in Paraguay and Apoya in Costa Rica..
As well as paying the cocoa farmer 10% to 25% extra for their beans, this supplier runs all of their business as ethically as possible - they minimise shipping and use FSC certified paper for their wrappers, plus green packing material. They also support reforestation. All ingredients are organic certified, 92% of them are fairly traded with 100% traceability to source.
