FAQ's for Schools

How do I start?

First, you need to set up an account. You can either complete a new account form or set it up online. When setting up an account online, make sure you select “Schools” in the account group to get your discount.

Once you’ve sent in your form or set up your account, you can send in your first order!

Where are the order forms?

I have no idea what to order, can you help me?

We certainly can! Please give the office a call or send in an email to discuss your needs and we can advise you.

How do I place an order?

Send us your order either by email to, call us on 0131 229 4541  or by shopping on our website

How does your discount structure work?

We offer 5% discount on all craft items (ie. not food or drinks). We no longer offer any discounts on food or drink except for special promotional periods. 

How does delivery work?

Local Edinburgh Schools: We ask that you come and collect your stock from our shop in central Edinburgh, Nicolson Square. Alternatively, a courier delivery can be arranged.

Rest of the UK: Courier costs apply from £6.50, the actual cost will be confirmed before order is placed. Orders containing liquids start at £14.00 as they have to be sent as a special order.

This is a one-off stall/tuckshop, can I return unsold stock?

You can return any craft stock to us as long as it’s still in a sellable condition within two weeks of your stall/tuckshop. Please let us know you plan on doing this when you place your order.

We don't accept returns of any food or drink products except for Divine Chocolate, please tell us if you plan on doing so.

Pack up your stock carefully and bring or send it back to the shop, you will receive a credit against the goods already taken - and a refund if you've already paid for them.
