Organic cotton dark indigo-dyed scarf highlighted with broken lines of white. The hand spun nature of the cotton and the loose weave bring a simple rustic finish to this beautiful scarf.
Meticulously handcrafted using skills handed down through many generations, these hand loomed cotton scarves are made by women from the Tai Lue tribe from Luang Prabang Province in Northern Laos. The artisans are affiliated to the Luang Prabang Handicraft Association which was developed to showcase the skills and traditional handicrafts of the province and guarantees fair wages to the craftspeople.
The cotton used is organic and comes from sustainable plantations. It is hand spun and coloured using natural dyeing processes.
